Location
The yellow butterfly is found on the 2nd floor in the Barrel room, it is stuck in a web made by the spider.
In game
You have to save the Butterfly in order to get acces to the 3rd Floor. To save it you need to replace it with the Blue Butterfly Model.
Scene
Once you have taken it out of the Barrel Room it will flutter out of your hands and crawl into a cap on the ceiling.
